pH Control System

Htec Systems manufactures a pre-fabricated, modular pH Control System that is adaptable to any low or high pH wastewater stream requiring acid or caustic neutralization. The pH Control Module contains:

  • Chemical Feed Tanks
  • Chemical Feed Pumps
  • pH Controller & Electrodes
  • Electrical Panel
  • PLC & HMI Controls
  • Ventilation, Heating & Cooling
  • Emergency Shower & Eyewash
  • Containment

Depending of the volume of the flow, the Mixing Tank Module can be fabricated off-site and transported to the site for installation in-ground or above ground. If the flow and significant retention is required, then a larger tank can be fabricated on-site and connected to the pH Control Module. Fabrication of the Modules off-site can reduce disruption of plant operations and significantly reduce construction time.
