Agreement with Guardian Manufacturing, Inc.

April 23, 2008 – Htec Systems, Inc. has entered into an Agreement with Guardian Manufacturing, Inc., Coca, Florida, to function as a Systems Integrator for their Advanced Plasma Block Ozone Technology. The Plasma Block System is very energy efficient, compact in size and a very reliable generator of Ozone. Htec will couple this very highly advanced technology with a Micro Generator of Bubbles, which will provide micron-sized bubbles, which greatly improves mass transfer, rates of disinfection and solubility.
