Htec will assume responsibility for all phases of the project including:

  • Engineering design, including the preparation of preliminary, site, equipment layout, electrical, mechanical and construction/shop drawings; Htec principals are registered professional engineers in many states with many years of engineering design
  • Compliance with building, fire, OSHA and EPA codes and regulations
  • Obtaining building and electrical permits
  • Permits to install and Permits to Operate for wastewater and air pollution control projects
  • Developing a detailed schedule
  • Commissioning of the project
Htec has experienced field superintendents that will be on-site during the entire project working under the direct supervision of the Project Engineer. Our field superintendents will coordinate the work with the plant, brief the plant personnel on the progress, supervise the contractors, validate the work of the contractors and coordinate the work with local regulatory agencies. Local contractors who are familiar with the plant and local conditions are normally retained to perform the construction.
